Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support.globaur@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain remote locations. If your address is undeliverable, we will contact you within 2 business days.
